Returns & Refund Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

  • a replacement or refund for a major failure, and
  • compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

At Frorows, we know every pet is different—especially picky ones like our cavoodle Rowrow. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once items have been opened or used.

For unopened products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@frorows.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Quality Concerns

We stand behind our products and their quality. If your pet experiences any issues or you’re not satisfied, please reach out to us. We’ll work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Perishable goods
